Overview
Thank you for your interest in my work. I ship to US addresses only using the Unites States Postal Service. If the item you purchased is marked as ready-to-ship, I will ship it within 1-3 business days. If your item is marked as made-to-order, I will do my best to make it and ship it as quickly as possible – usually within 7-10 days. I will communicate with you if it will take me longer than that to fulfill your order.
Please read the full description of the item you are purchasing. It includes size and measurement information to ensure you receive exactly the item you expect.
International Shipping
At the moment, I am set up to only ship to addresses in the United States.
Insurance and Damage
All domestic packages are insured for the value of their contents. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged piece. I will use these photos to submit an insurance claim and will keep you updated throughout the process. If necessary, I will provide a return shipping label so the item can be repaired or replaced.
Tracking
All orders will include tracking information so you can follow the progress of your purchase once it is in the hands of the USPS.
Risk of Loss
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not legally responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen in transit, or packages marked as “Delivered.” If you are concerned about package theft, please contact me PRIOR to shipping to request a signature confirmation.
